Latest update keeps asking me to update

how come i get reminders of updates ive downloaded it twice already and its still asking me to update

this is my 6th time what is going on? im in a endless cycle of this update not updating

Try upgrading using the Bootloader Process and then restore from a Device backup (NOT a Configuration backup)

The version RUTC_R_00.07.24.3 has a known issue where firmware upgrades could revert or fall back to the previous version on RUTC family devices.

This behavior has been addressed in our latest release. Please update your device to firmware version RUTC_R_00.07.24.4 (released on 2026.08.31), which contains a fix specifically resolving the fallback issue during firmware upgrades.
