Issues with Remote Access - RMS

Hello

We have a couple of RUT241’s setup up on a network via RMS. So far we’ve been able to access voip equipment via RMS - Remote access but this is no longer the case.

Whether we press connect or generate on the remote access links it keeps saying “Device has no data left”. We have remote access to the router itself and the system is fully functional but we cant remote access each equipment, which we made access links to.
Device has a 4g data simcard which has plenty of data left on its subscription.
Port forwarding settings has been checked and reconfigured - still doesnt work.

It is likely that you have used up all your RMS management data, which is why remote device access is not working.

Please check the data, and if it has run out, you will need to purchase additional data here: Teltonika RMS.
