Issue with setting up rut 200 in uk

i am having issues setting up the rut 200 in the uk since the last firmware update.
have spoken to yourselves on the phone and have been asked to create an account to communicate via this thread

After that, please try putting the device in most optimal circumstances for connection, double check the antennas, try this Sim card in another device, and another Sim card in this device to see if you can see any difference in the performance.

hi i think the firmware is already uploaded as the rut was fitted a few weeks ago and worked for aa few days no problem
the rut is in optimal position
