Within the RMS dahsboard there is a grey caution icon. when I mouse over this the tooltip messages says:
“the platform cannot validate this devices authenticity. please confirm whether the device’s manufacturing information was inputted correctly. If this persists, please contact support”
I am able to remote to the unit via another method and access its web page.
I have upgraded the firmware to 7.04.5.
I have removed the device from RMS (which it detected withint the web page of the unit itself).
I then added the unit back into RMS but the problem persists.
In order to resolve the issue that you are currently experiencing, additional provision of further confidential details is required. Hence, it is recommended that you reach out to your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you acquired the device in question.
