I had a call with one of Telktonika support members and got redirected to this forum.
I have a problem connecting to RMS with RUT906 device. When I add a device to my RMS account it says that it’s “Not Activated“, the Authentication code is missing from the Device Info. section. When trying to connect my device to the RMS, in the device’s WEBUI, I get status Down (Other Error) or Down (The Device is not registered in the RMS).
The Serial number and LAN MAC are 100% correct and so is the password. The device is 100% genuine, bought from official Slovenian distributor Senetic

Here is a short summary of our remote session,
We checked the credentials of the device in the RMS, the device was shown as offline / not activated. We updated the firmware to the latest stable one (07.18.3 as for today). Removed the device from RMS and added it again. The issue was firmware related. For now the issue is resolved.
