Issue Accessing PI Video Feed with WAN Configuration on RUT200

I am experiencing an issue with my RUT200 router setup, and I need assistance in accessing a video feed hosted on a Raspberry Pi.
Setup:

RUT200 Configuration:

  • I have a SIM card inserted into the RUT200, which is providing internet connectivity.
  • The RUT200 LAN is connected to my Raspberry Pi via Ethernet (IP: 192.168.1.123).
  • The Raspberry Pi is hosting a video feed on port 5000, which I have configured to be accessible locally on the same network.
    Access Issues:
  • I can access the video feed successfully on the local network using the Pi’s IP address (192.168.1.123).
  • I configured the WAN port to obtain an IP address, but I am unable to access the video feed remotely using a public IP . The feed does not appear accessible via the WAN (public IP) when tested from outside the network.Not sure i a messed up the configurations.

Problem:
WAN Setup:I need to use the RUT200’s WAN to get a public IP, but despite configuring it, it’s not working as expected. I would like to access the Raspberry Pi’s video feed remotely using a public IP address, but currently, I am only able to access it locally.

Could you assist me in ensuring the RUT200 is configured correctly for remote access to the video feed using a public IP? Is there a specific setting I need to adjust on the router to forward port 5000 for external access?
