The course of action depends on where you purchased the device. If you bought it directly from Teltonika, please reach out to your assigned sales manager. If you acquired the device from a source other than Teltonika, there’s not much that can be done from our side as the device was not purchased directly from us. In this case, the recommendation is to contact the reseller from whom you made the purchase.
