After sending a “Reset mobile connection” SMS to a RUTX50 the device correctly resets the mobile connection. The IPsec VPN does not reconnects. In the ‘log’ no lines are added. The only way to make the VPN reconnect is to reboot the device.

Could you please confirm which firmware version is currently running on your RUTX50? Ensure it’s updated to the latest 7.15 release.
Additionally, in the IPsec configuration under the Advanced settings tab, please check whether the Flush conntrack
option is enabled. If it isn’t, I’d suggest enabling it and then testing if the issue still occurs.

Thank you for your answer.
RUTX50 is on firmware RUTX_R_00.07.15
The issue has been happening since we set up ipsec (1 year ago). Up until now we always sent a ‘reboot’ command, but then the connected wifi devices also disconnect and reinitialize and we would like to avoid that.
I enabled the ‘flush conntrack’ option, but that didn’t help.
