Invite error. Already taken

Hi.

I have deleted a user and added him again, and now it will not add him because it says invitation already send.
I see multiply questions about this on the forum, but no public answers to it.
How do i get my collegue back on the RMS again?
It says email already taken but he is not under users or under invites.
