I’d like to clarify one important factor regarding the loss of connection: You say it happens every day, does it happen at the same exact hours as seen in the image? (~2AM, ~6AM, ~8AM)
Do you have anything like an auto-reboot set up on your device? What is the use case for the device, and what environment is it operating in?
If these happen every single day on these specific times, then I believe it should be something configuration-related.
Hi, we have recently set up an auto reboot at 6am to see if it helps the situation but it hasnt …but all the other times its just random. It just seems to happen mostly early in the morning.
Hmm… It would be interesting to turn off the auto-reboot for a couple of days and collect the troubleshoot file under System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot → “Download”. I’d like to see what’s exactly happening on those time frames.
Let’s do this: I’ll send you a form to fill out, from there on out, we’ll continue our conversation through emails so you can send me the file and any extra details that I might need. In the “ticket ID” field, simply enter 14461, which is this thread’s ID.
We have a spare router that is identical with the same configuration and the latest firmware update, i have swapped them this morning to see if the same issues keep happening.
What i have noticed is mutiple events keep occuring and i have no idea what they mean or if its related to the communication issue.
Hi everyone, I’m joining this thread because I’ve been looking for a solution to the poor stability and WiFi issues I’ve been experiencing over the past few weeks. I’ve also tried the solution above, but unfortunately, it’s been unsuccessful. I currently have a dual connection, WAN and LTE, load-balanced (80%, 20%). The device logs show numerous disconnections, even from devices closest to the antennas. The general settings are the default ones, while the selected channel is 6, which is rated 100%.
