You can find the mobile bands that RUTX50 can work with here : RUTX50 Industrial 5G Router By pressing ordering section. To get a device with all relevant certificates to operate in tanzania, you should be looking to obtain RUTX50 with product code RUTX50 0*****
In regards to 5G, i did not find any operators providing 5G network in Tanzania.
In regards to further authorisations, to be able to use a device in certain country, it would need to have certain certificates. More information : Certificates - Teltonika Networks Wiki
However for your use case, if you get a device with the above confirmed product code, it will the required certifications for Tanzania.
