1: increase the maximum of 8 sms parts per outgoing sms.
2: give proper error message instead of timing out on malformed sms send api calls
3: extend api so that each sms will have an unique identifier, preferably just an auto inc integer, so you could delete or leave individual messages, keep track of sync to external database, and so on
