Idle RUTX11 sending/receiving mobile data when idle and default metric favors WAN?

Do I understand correctly that the suggestion here: RUTX11 speedtest "Cannot retrieve server list" and can't test Mobile, only WAN - #7 by abcd has fixed the issues?
