I can see the location of the RUTx50 in its web UI but it does not show it in RMS

Hello, could you please assist on the following? I can see the location of the RUTx50 in its web UI but it does not show it in RMS. What am i missing?

Here is a short summary of our remote session.

The GPS location was not visible in RMS because GPS monitoring was disabled on the device. During the session, we enabled GPS monitoring and the issue was resolved. As the problem has now been addressed, I will proceed with closing this ticket.
