I have a faulty RUT951 unit now replaced with a RUTX9. Since on the faulty unit I have a 5years credit pack how can I move the license from the old unit to the new one?

Hello Matteo,
credit pack is assigned to one specific device, thus you can not move it manually, but if it was a faulty device, maybe you could try to contact teltonika support via your sales manager or the reseller and ask for them to move the pack, if the rut951 was in fact faulty,
