How to determine best cells within RUTM11

I’m having trouble with my RUTM11, I’m getting really bad results in comparison to my phone which is rather disappointing.

Is there a way to determine best bands, cells etc from within the router itself so I can set it to connect to those specifically for best performance?

Login to WebUI and check Status→Network→Mobile page for each band info and signal strength values.

In Network→Mobile→Connection page you can set specific bands.

To check available bands in your area use https://www.cellmapper.net/

May I first ask you to confirm whether the APN is set correctly, and if not already, could you try setting it manually to see if that improves performance?

In general, the modem will automatically select the most optimal bands available in your area at any given moment. However, for testing purposes, you can try using the band lock feature to manually lock the device to specific LTE bands that appear to provide the most stable results. Additionally, please check/confirm the following:

• Both mobile antennas are securely attached and positioned correctly;

• The device is running the latest (or latest stable) firmware;

• The unit is powered with an 18 W PSU.
