Good morning, can someone explain to me why if I try to install a Hofly eSIM via QR code the modem gives me an error while if I try to use an eSIM from “esim.se” the modem loads the eSIM profile and works normally?
I have used Holafly esims before, so we need the modem error message to investigate further.

Could you please provide the exact error message you receive when trying to install the Hofly eSIM profile?
It might be possible that Hofly provides eSIMs intended primarily for smartphones, which may not fully support data-only devices, routers, or M2M/IoT hardware. Can you check this assumption with your operator?
Perhaps someone else in the community has already installed Hofly eSIM profiles on their devices successfully and could share their experience as well.
