Our company’s helpdesk accounts all seem to have been disabled, and we need to post a ticket there for ongoing issues with our routers.
I attempted to contact our sales representative and the email bounced.
We have attempted to call the contact number for multiple countries and they say that the call cannot be completed as dialed.
We have submitted the “contact us” form on the main website and received no replies.
Please, any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated, so that we can get our actual issue resolved, as it requires assistance from support directly.
