I’m new to Teltonika and I need help configuring the RUT301 router to communicate between different networks.
According to the attached diagram, I need Modbus communication between the two PLCs and also remote assistance for PLC1.

It looks like you want to set up your RMS VPN Hub in a way where you’d be able to reach all of these devices that are on your network (Router, both PLCs). We have a guide for how to configure the RMS VPN Hub: RMS VPN Hubs - Teltonika Networks Wiki
For the routes, you’ll have to add these two:
192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0 via RUT301
192.168.13.0 255.255.255.0 via RUT301
^ These shall be added under the Routes tab in the VPN Hub setup.
If I understand correctly, you already have VLANs set up on your RUT301, on the LAN4 and LAN1 ports, correct? If not, kindly follow these guides:
