Guest wifi: no dhcp fuction after restoring Backup

Hello!
I got my RUTM10 replaced with an RMA, but after restoring the backup of the old device everything is running, but the Guest Wifi devices cannot get an IP from the DHCP Server of the RUT.
I Created the Guest wifi using this Guide.
and it did functon before.
I aleready have an quite extensive config for the device so it would be not ideal to reconfigure everything from scratch (IPSec VPN with multiple networks, WAN,Logging, Mailsettings etc.)
in System Maintenance Events Log there is nothing DHCP related and my guest wifi:

yes i have - there is no Update of the rut since then and the issue persists
