GRE Tunnel problem

from below picture i cannot ping 172.20.100.250 but i can ping 172.20.100.1, GRE ip and wan ip from teltonika how do i do to resolve this problem?
i have the same network diagram but use 2 huawei it can work properly but when i use teltonika and huawei i found ythis problem

Could you please share your GRE configurations? Make sure to blur/hide any sensitive information such as public IP addresses.

Also, could you please check routes on your RUT device from CLI/SSH?:

ip r show table all
route -n
