Gps with rms no location

I added a Credit in Rut955. But no GPS Location was found. Red dort is missing. The Credit is activated and Router is online and works Fine. I don’t know…

Ok i See the location GPS Bit it is in the sea near Ghana. My car is located in Como Italy. Whats up.

Hello,

Have you tried restarting the device? It might just be a problem with interpreting the coordinate data. If the issue continues, please check if the GPS data in the RMS and the router itself are the same or different.
