I’m using RUTX50 and RUT956 routers, which have built-in GPS. When the router is in open space, the GPS signal is good, but when the router is inside a building close to the road, the accuracy is low. How can I solve this issue? Are there any settings to change? The router needs to be installed in a car.
When the router is installed in the car, it should receive the same strong GPS signal as it would in an open space. Just make sure to mount the GPS antenna appropriately so that it has a clear view of the open sky.
However, GPS signals inside buildings might not be reliable because the construction of houses can block the GPS signal effectively.
