I have a wide RUT 240 network (about 3000) and i would like to know remotely if there is 1 or 2 GSM antennas plugged.
Any idea with json rpc or anything else ?

Unfortunately, there is no way to check remotely whether the GSM antenna is connected into the antenna port or not.
However, you can determine if the antenna has been correctly fixed or not by measuring the signal strength in a specific way, such as:
1- SMS: Execute a certain actions when triggered by an SMS message. In order to trigger a rule, send an SMS message to the router to obtain the device’s status, including signal parameters.
2- RMS: A remote management system IoT platform a software that allows for remote access and management of all connected Teltonika Networks provides full management and control where you can access the WebUI of the router.
3- Any method of connecting to the router via the cloud, such as a VPN, a public IP address, or a private APN SIM card.
