You can find SMS utilities on the WebUI, on the Services > Mobile Utilities > SMS Utilities.
You can even execute custom scripts with SMS utilities in our devices. You can find detailed information regarding with SMS utilities with our devices from here: RUTX11 Mobile Utilities - Teltonika Networks Wiki
You can take the information regarding the router/gateways from SMS utilities but you can also use AT Commands to receive necessary information from the lte modem itself.
