Fritzbox 7530 behind RUTX50 - (Almost) No incoming Voip Calls

Hello @ all !

I have a RUTX50, connected via IPv4 and WAN Port to my ISP. Internet connection is fine, general Firewall settings are still default, like it was delivered, some ports (5060-5070UDP, 7078-7110UDP, 20000-20500UDP) - not sure this is needed - are all forwarded to Fritzbox which is behind the RUTX50 in IP-Client mode. My ISP is Fiber to Home within VLan 132, which had to be setup on the wan & lan ports as “tagged” to have internet.

I have connected a DECT Phone to Fritzbox, using Fritz as base station. Furthermore, I have setup the Fax function in Fritzbox as well. I can make outgoing phone calls without issues, but incoming phone calls are not coming through. Interesting fact: If I call the fax number from outside, the Fritzbox is answering the call and this is working fine for incoming connection. Just the phone calls are not coming through if it is not the fax number called.

I have already setup the option in fritzbox to keep port forwarding for telephony open with an interval of 30 seconds, but it didn’t change anything. Also tried the option to use a separate connection for phone calls, but also this doesn’t influence the problem at all. I even put all connections in general firewall settings of the RUTX50 to “accept”, turned off masquerading and mss, but it all didn’t change the problem.

Quite confusing for me, that phone calls to the fax number from outside are going through without any problem, but phone calls to a “voice number” are not answered at all.

Do you have any ideas on this ? - Am I missing something ? - Every hint might be helpful !
Thank you for reading and sharing your ideas with me.

Cheers
Marco
