Hi. Eversince I switched to Teltonika TRB500 and using 5G/LTE with Slovak Telekom (Slovakia best 5G provider) I’m facing very frequent disconnect messages from Ubiquiti Dream machine Pro (Unify DMP). (See screenshots)
Before I had the same internal LAN configuration - just different network provider (o2 slovakia) - who offers their own hardware for LTE connection (no idea what is the antenna brand, but there was mikrotik routerboard which was then connected to dream machine pro). With that configuration - I literally had zero disconnect messages in dream machine for nearly two years.
Now I’m using Teltonika TRB500 - with latest firmware, but even with regular updates I never had stable connection, and Unify DMP frequently sends notifications about WAN disconnects.
The configuration is as follows: TRB500 in Qumax omni enclosure, connected to Ubiquiti USW-Lite switch with VLAN id 3 and USW lite switch connected to the Unify DMP to port 7 with VLAN 3 - connected to WAN port 9 on Unify DMP. (See screenshots)
I tried different modes (NAT, Bridge and Passthrogh), switching to LTE only, or 5G only. I don’t see any errors on Teltonika device in system logs - not even disconnects.
In the last couple of days I tried also again different modes (passthrough and bridge) but it was even worse than before. On the other WAN port I have still the other vendor connected with microtik - and the connection on that port is rock solid - no single fail in a month.
Teltonika on the other hand also started disconnecting from the mobile network. Here is the system log from one of such disconnects:

I’m not sure but it seems to be related to devices connecting to the local network. But microtik is rock solid, teltonika on the other hand is becoming pretty useless.
thank you for your information. I’m still checking your issue on my side. However, can you provide me with the screenshot of the logs before connection loss occurs on your TRB500?
Also, please try to use another SIM card on your TRB500 and let me know the results.
