How do i configure the RUTX50 remotely to stay on 4g and not 5G?
no idea where that page is. Apologies but I am completely lost. RMS is all i can access
In RMS, click this button to connect to your routers management dashboard - login - and go from there.

You should log in to your device WebUI as described here: Login to Device.
As TeWe mentioned, once logged in, navigate to Network → Connection, select the SIM you want to set the preferred network for, and choose 4G only.
