FMC003 no new gps fix

Hey there,

my FMC 003 with firmware 03.29.00.Rev.358 behaving a bit weird since yesterday.

Somehow it hasnt updated its location even though it moved a lot.

It still sends on Stop data every hour with a gps fix which was true 5 hours ago.

Downloaded the logs via Fota and found the line "
No fix reason: 3841
"

maybe someone can help me here

More logs because I can not attach a file:

hello @czaded
Good day!

Here is the reason for this error>
Poor signal environment
→ The device is indoors, underground, in a tunnel, or surrounded by heavy obstacles (buildings, metal walls, etc.).

Hmm weird, the car was always under the sky.

Will watch the behaviour. Thanks for now ^^

I suggest you reboot the monitor,
If no update, then collect the logs, and contact the sales manager to open a query in the VIP
