SMS command not working FMC003

Hey people currently I am trying to get the SMS commands to work for my FMC 003 / FMM880. If I send a SMS to the SIM card I get no response at all. No password, username set. Tried to add my number to the authorized numbers list but even this would not make a change.

Good day!

What is the command that you are sending? And how do you send it?
Sometimes the device will perform the command and not send a response, this is due to the SIM card package
