I bought the FMB003 second-hand, but I can’t get it to work. The SIM card is connected and “ready,” but no data is being sent… Why? GPRS is marked as deactivated, so I imagine this is problematic. I’m connecting with a 2G SIM card in France (Orange network).
What am I doing wrong? How to activate GPRS?

Have you tried to change simcard?. If not you can try to change simcard because your problem is directly related to simcard

Kindly ask for the firmware version 03.29.00.rev.1116 it supports the SIMCARD ( Orange network)

Good point. The problem was with my Orange SIM card (2 euros per month with 1 GB of data…). I took out an equivalent plan with Bouygues Telecom and my server is finally receiving information about my vehicle! The GPRS status has changed to Activated 
Now I’m wondering how to see the different OBD parameters (speed, rpm, fuel consumption…) on my Traccar server.

@Maynard : No, I don’t have access to the Helpdesk. But the problem was definitely with my Orange SIM card… It wasn’t a plan dedicated to connected devices, but still. I have a Bouygues SIM card, and it’s finally working now.
