Flash storage limited? RUT951

The RUT951 seems quite… limited … with it’s 16MB flash, to add extra packages.
The OS/ROM seems to take up 9MB (compressing 25MB) and then it looks like only 4MB is “available” for packages, and about 75% of that appears to be “mandatory” packages, so installing something like SNMP and the space is just about used up.

Is there any way to add extra flash, like via a SD card or something, to add some more extra usefull packages?

I’m afraid there is no default way to add additional flash memory in the device.

I would recommend going to package manager, and deleting all the unnecessary packages from there to make space for new ones.

Resetting the device via bootloader method beforehand may be also beneficial.
