I am trying to troubleshoot why a device connected to the Lan port on the a RUT241 will have a firmware-updated uploaded through the RMS-link generated by RMS via Remote Access (HTTP web interface of the device).
If I connect to the device directly on the Lan-side of the RUT241, I can update no problem.
I suspecting that maybe the device opens another/an additional http port or similar, which maybe RMS remote access can’t handle?
I’m not sure if I understood you correctly. Did you mean that you cannot update the RUT241 firmware via WebUI when accessing it through RMS, but you can update the firmware when accessing the WebUI directly via LAN?
If that is the case, could you please provide a screenshot of any errors you encounter while trying to update the firmware via the RMS WebUI link? Alternatively, you can describe or screenshot what happens during the update attempt.
