Hi I’ve just udated my firmware on muy RUT240.
Before that, it has been running successfully for a few years.
I now can’t connect remotely and I’m not able to get to the router on site.
Any ideas as to what I can do please?

Could you please clarify which firmware version the device was running before the update, and which version it was updated to?
Additionally, how are you accessing the device remotely?
If the SIM card that is in the RUT240 supports SMS messages, you can try sending SMS commands directly to the SIM’s phone number. Start by sending the following command:
device_password status
This will help determine whether the router is connected to a mobile operator. If you do not receive a response, it may indicate that the SIM card can receive SMS messages but is unable to send replies. In that case, you can try rebooting the device by sending:
device_password reboot
If you were accessing the device remotely via RMS, you may also try forcing a manual connection attempt by sending the following command:
device_password rms_connect
