[Feature request] Add VPN change to events reporting

Hi,

Can the option to monitor the IPSEC/OpenVPN/… status be added to the events reporting? It would be good to send an email/SMS when the VPN state changes from CONNECTED to DISCONNECTED or DISCONNECTED to CONNECTED.

I am running 7.11.3 on a RUT956.

Currently, the Teltonika RUT956 running firmware version 7.11.3 does not include an option to monitor VPN status changes (e.g., IPSEC/OpenVPN) as part of the Events Reporting feature. The Events Reporting functionality allows users to configure rules to send SMS or email notifications for specific trigger events, such as mobile data changes, device reboots, or WAN failovers, but VPN state changes are not listed among the available event types or subtypes

You can consider utilizing the Teltonika Web API, it provides endpoints for retrieving system and VPN status programmatically, which can be integrated into custom scripts to generate alerts when VPN status changes.
