Fatal modem error on TRB500

Hello, my TRB500 giving me Fatal error on modem. Sometimes it recovers and sometimes not, needs full restart. On 4g BITE i didn’t notice this error, but when i got Telia 5G (connecting only to n28, sometimes in one hour it shows n78 for half second :smile: ) i got it on first day. I can still reach webui but there is no internet and only one “band 3” showing.

It is hard to determine the cause of the issue, but I recommend updating your device’s internal modem first to check if the issue still persists.

gived modem to seller for warranty. I have downloaded troubleshoot file when modem was after fatal error i can send it if needed.

Thank you for the information. I don’t believe the troubleshoot file is necessary if you have already given the device to the reseller for warranty, as we can no longer explore further solutions. However, as I mentioned earlier, a potential solution could have been a modem update
