Hi, When trying to get the TRB 500 connected to RMS, it fails to connect. Never had worked before. I have removed and re-added the device in the RMS account. But at the moment this is the current problem.
Failed to verify device, even if Internet is running and as you can see from the other screenshot from TRB 500 connection of the service is up.
Hello,
Please make sure to blur sensitive device information, such as the MAC address, IMEI number and serial number, as sharing this info on public forums can be unsafe.
Regarding your issue, it appears that you selected the wrong device during registration. I can see that your TRB device was registered using the serial number and MAC address, but for TRB devices, registration should be done using the serial number and IMEI instead.
Please unregister the device and, when registering it again, ensure that you select TRB.
Let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Hi again,
Unfortunatelly the case remains. The router has been activate, Authentication was successful, so the serial and IMEI are correct, otherwise authentication will fail. Can you check if in your systems for whatever reason my device is blocked ?
Could you please log in to the device via SSH/CLI and execute the following command?
/etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart
After running the command, please check if the issue persists.
Best regards,
Hi again, The issue remains. MQTT is not enabled in my system. neither the broker or publisher. Should i enable one ? and with what details ?
Thank you for trying that.
There is no need to enable MQTT, as RMS is not related to this configuration in the WebUI.
