Hi, we have configured failover between WAN(Starlink) and mobile(mob1s1a1). This is working fine. Is it possible to have internal wireless(AP) operable only when mobile profile is active?

Yes, it is possible. To do this, you need to configure some policy-based routing rules and set up a separate WLAN on a different LAN network from the default one.
Below is a .gif that goes through the required setup.
With this setup WLAN network traffic will always try to go through mobile interface.

Sorry, there was an inaccuracy in the last step. The “guest” should have been assigned to the Incoming interface instead of the Outgoing interface.
