Factory reset gone wrong

Ive tried to do a factory reset and something has gone wrong. i held the reset button for over 12 seconds. not sure if i pressed it to long but now it wont load up its got four lights flashing. I cant access the settings using http:// 192. ect Its a Rut 241 has anybody any ideas please

We’ve concluded that the device requires hardware-related repairs as it becomes unreachable once a firmware downgrade is executed. Additionally, the device has lost its factory information.
