Factory reset after selecting reboot function

Problem as in the topic.
RUT955, FW: RUT9_R_00.07.02

It is not possible to change the software. Uploading (sysupgrade -F) ends with restoring factory settings.

I found some information on the firmware page for the RUT955: RUT955 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki, where it states:

• Firmware version RUT9_R_00.07.0X includes significant updates, some of which have removed certain functionalities from the RUT955. A detailed list of the features that have been deprecated since version RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5 can be found here.
• Additionally, firmware version RUT9_R_00.07.00 and above is not supported on legacy-design RUT955 devices (models with the 7V designation RUT955 7V**).

We can verify if your router is one of the RUT955 7V models, but we need a troubleshooting file to do so.
