I love to see that the (Android) RMS App is regularly updated, just recently with the addition of the task manager. 
I was able to set up a task in the app and can execute it from my RUTX11’s WebGUI.
However, I might have missed something. Do you plan to enable users executing defined tasks right from the (Android) app? This would be really cool, as no connection to the router’s WebGUI was necessary!

Could you clarify if the tasks you are looking to execute are those that have been created within the RMS? You can proceed with executing these tasks by following the steps below:
1.Open the RMS application.
2.Select the device on which you wish to perform the task.
3.Once the three dots in the upper-right corner of the device card change from gray to black, click on them.
4.Under the “Management” section, you will find the option “Execute Task Group.” Please select this option.
5.From there, choose the task you want to execute, and at the bottom of the screen, swipe left to confirm the action.
After the task has been executed, you can review its output by checking the Task Manager logs.
