hi, i am Using RUT360 Cat6 Lte industrial Router. i need to use the esim and in website it shows that it will support. but i can’t found the option in WEBUI. i have enabled Advanced option also.
anyone Help on this issue? any firmware issue?

The RUT360 currently does not support eSIM. You can find the devices that support eSIM here: Teltonika Products.
If this functionality is added to more devices in the future, it will be indicated by a new product code, as these devices will require special hardware to support eSIM.

The screenshot you provided is not from Teltonika’s official page; it appears to be from a different source. As I mentioned earlier, the devices that currently support eSIM are listed in the link I shared above. If you require a different device with eSIM functionality, a custom product code would be required.
