I just want to be sure i understand before ordering RUT95623B600.
The device can be use with eSIM OR/AND traditional SIM, right ?
It has 2 SIM slots, and one of them is used for the eSIM and the other one can be used as fallback ?
Confused about what i would get, thanks for your help

Yes, you can use either eSIM or SIM on RUT956.
RUT956 have 2 slots for standard SIM and have eSIM. Modem allows only one SIM/eSIM at same time.
You can setup SIM switch to switch to next SIM/eSIM if signal is poor, no network, etc.

If you want to use two SIMs/eSIMs at same time then you need dual modem device like: RUTX12, RUTM52 or RUTM56.

The order code you mentioned — RUT95623B600 — does indeed support eSIM functionality. The device itself includes two SIM slots for traditional SIM cards. You can configure the eSIM as a separate interface that can be used to establish an internet connection. Please note that one mobile modem allows one connection at a time.
