Error while logging in to a device connected to an RUT241

Hi,

I’m having some trouble with a device connected to an RUT241. I can connect to the device but when I try to log into it I get the following error: “CSRF JavaScript was included from within an unauthorized domain!”.

Does anyone know a way around this issue? A brief Google indicates its something to do with how the device handles logins.

Can you specify which device is connected to RUT241? Are you experiencing the same errors if you are directly connected to that device?

The device is a Huawei Smartlogger3000. I do not get these errors when connecting directly to this device.

Hi,

While being connected to your end device, access CLI of device then run logread -f. Then, log in to your end device and see if any logs will appear. Kindly post your logs here but make sure to blur/hide any sensitive/private information included. Thank you.
