Error message in status “Internal modem (unreachable)” appears

Hello everyone,

I am running an RUT200 4G Wi-Fi Router firmware RUT2M_R_00.07.16.3
I have a problem on status menu.. i can’t see RUT200 Model, Imei, FW version and Temperature on bottom right (it’s on the picture i share) why is it like that? is it only just can’t see the Model, Imei, FW version and Temperature? or have another effect to the modem? please help

Hi,

Modem unreachable means device can’t connect/use modem, so all features related to modem won’t work.

If possible try updating to newest device FW and check if modem starts working.

Also if you can use CLI you could try these steps (executing lsusb and if there is value with 9008 then modem can be recovered):
