Error esm reject on RUT901

Good morning, I can’t solve the error:
Mobile esm reject cause: insufficient resources

The RUT901 is updated to version:
RUT9M_R_00.07.10
2024-10-08 11:12:15
EC200AEUHAR01A22M16_01.200.01.200
5.15.165

I changed APN, but nothing.
I also tried a factory default but nothing

How can I solve it?

Thanks

Hi, try to change PDP type to IPv4 only. Try different network type or contact your provider, maybe there are some issues with the network or mobile cells.

Thanks Boucher, I tried to change with ipv4, unfortunately the problem persists. Any ideas?

Tried to contact your provider?

Hello,

Please try using this SIM card in a different device, such as your phone, and let me know if you encounter any issues or if the problem only occurs with the router. Thank you.

Bset regards,

For the provider everything is ok, he finds no anomalies

I have already tried the SIM on another device and it has no anomalies.

The RUT901 connects to the network, and data traffic is available.

Except that the error popup constantly appears

Hello,

If I understand correctly, everything on the mobile side is functioning properly, and the only issue is the error message displayed in the WebUI, with no real impact on performance. Is that correct?

Best regards,

Good morning Maria, what you reported is correct. Is it possible to understand the reason in detail or deactivate?

Best regards

To determine the reason for the issue, we will likely need a troubleshoot file. I have sent you a form to fill out; once completed, I will contact you privately regarding this. For the ticket ID, please use “9935”.

Best regards,

Good morning Marija, I have not received anything. Where did you send the form? Where do I enter ID “9935”
Forgive me but it is not clear to me where I have to open the ticket.

Thanks

Hello,

I apologize for any inconvenience. It seems I’m unable to send the form to you directly.

Could you please try upgrading your RUT901 to firmware version 7.10.2 and check if the issue persists? You can download the firmware from this link: RUT901 Firmware Downloads.

Additionally, for testing purposes, please try resetting your device to factory defaults to see if it resolves the issue. Instructions can be found here: RUT901 Device Recovery Options - WebUI.
To avoid losing your current configuration, you can create a backup file first: RUT901 Maintenance - Backup.

Best regards,
