Enable Microsoft Entra ID SSO for our RMS company

Hi,

We’d like Single Sign-On enabled for our RMS company using Microsoft Entra ID (OpenID Connect). Please send us the private setup form and the instructions for the Entra app registration, including the redirect
URI to register.

Could you also confirm:

  1. Can sign-in be SSO-only, or do RMS passwords stay as a fallback?
  2. Does RMS 2FA still apply alongside Entra MFA?
  3. Are users created on first SSO sign-in, or do they still need an invite in RMS?
  4. Is there a licence or plan requirement?
  5. How do we rotate the client secret? Do we send you the new value each time?
