DUX50 with mobile connection issue

Hello,

A few notable things I’d like to know are:

  1. Who’s the provider & what country are you based in? (If you’re comfortable sharing this information.)
  2. What’s the firmware of the device? If not the latest, could you try upgrading to 7.16.1? The firmware download page can be found here: RUTX50 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki
  3. What’s the environment that the device is being used in & what is the use case?
  4. What signal strengths are you getting? This can be checked under Status → Network → Mobile
