Down (Server refused connection. The device may be blocked or unidentified)

Have removed and reinstalled in RMS with no affect. Updated to latest firmware. When I download the troubleshooting log and look in the cloud-solutions log the imes number is also displayed as the serial no. under the modem heading. Could this be the problem or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Just to clarify—am I correct in understanding that the numbers displayed next to both the Serial and IMEI fields are the same?

Exactly that is what I am saying

The serial number is shown correctly in the rms status section on the router
