is it posible to use IPV6 for a DMVPN? for the tunnel address and for the vpn?

No, it is not possible to use IPv6 for DMVPN on Teltonika routers, as DMVPN via IPv6 is not fully supported on devices running the Linux kernel. Since RutOS is based on Linux, this limitation applies, and DMVPN over IPv6 is not supported.
